  • Constructed from 1.5mm Galvanised Steel

  • Features a 45mm thick door leaf with a lipped astragal

  • Minimum of 5 reinforced fixing points on each side, plus an additional 2 on the head jamb for double doors

  • Equipped with a minimum of 4 Reinforced, Pre Treated, and Protected Grade 13 stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges, complying with EN 1935:2002

  • Double-skinned design with interlocking strengthening seams

  • Incorporates a Vertical Anti-Twist Interlocking welded channel core for added stability

  • Features a Dense Rocksilk 45 core for enhanced insulation

  • Reinforced lock keeps ensure robust security

Frame:

  • Crafted from 1.5mm Galvanised Zintec Steel

  • Frame depth can be tailored to suit various apertures, with a minimum depth of 38mm x 132mm for a Single Rebate
